As part of our services, we are pleased to offer you an optional travel package for your stay in Baku. The package includes the following services:
- Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Baku approx. 95 Euro (including breakfast and taxes) per room per night
- Meals: x3 Lunch approx. 15 – 20 EUR, x4 Dinner approx. 25 – 40 EUR
- Airport Transfers 25 EUR one way
Please note that the price indications correspond to the current exchange rate and may vary slightly.
You may choose the complete package or individual services according to your needs. Participation in the travel package is entirely optional.
By selecting a service, you authorize us to make the necessary bookings and payments in Baku on your behalf.* The costs of the services you select will be invoiced to you after the business mission.
* Please note: We will make the hotel reservation for you, but the accommodation must be paid by you directly at check-in. The hotel costs will therefore not be paid on your behalf and will not be included in our subsequent invoice.
The meal prices shown are estimates and indicate the maximum expected cost. The actual costs will be invoiced after the business mission.
