Travel Package – Business Initiation Trip to Canada “Railway Technology”

Dear all,
Thank you for your registration for the business mission to Canada (Montreal and Toronto). As part of the business mission, we would like to offer you an optional travel package, which includes a block of hotel rooms, incl. breakfast for the delegation members, meals and individual transfers in Canada to facilitate bookings and payments on site. The services included in the travel package will be invoiced to you after the business mission except for the hotels which need to be paid upon or before the arrival.
You can choose between the individual services or all services. The participant is free to choose if she/he would like to use the travel package. If the participant chooses not to take advantage of the package, all costs will be covered by her/him immediately during the business mission.
In Montreal the hotel rooms are to be paid for is upon arrival. In Toronto each participant can call up a room via a booking link to reserve a guestroom in the room block but will be required to provide credit card information which the hotel will pre-authorize to secure the guestroom, charges, and incidentals.
Please note that the price indications correspond to the current exchange rate and may vary slightly.
