Travel Package – Business Initiation Trip to USA “Railway Technology”

Dear participants,
Thank you for your registration for the business mission to the United States (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento and Salt Lake City). As part of the service, we would like to take care of the logistical arrangements for you and offer you an optional travel package. This includes a block of hotel rooms (rooms are to be booked individually), meals and train tickets in the US which we will book for you and invoice you later.
You can choose between the individual services or all services of the package. The travel package is optional. If you choose not to accept it, you will have to take care of your own arrangements.
Hotel reservations. Each participant can call up a room via a booking link to reserve accommodation from the room block we have arranged with the hotels. You will be required to provide credit card information for the reservation. The prices include accommodation, breakfast, taxes and charges. Should you have any questions, please contact us at Commit. If you do not want to reserve a room from the block, please inform us by Friday September 5, as we must cancel all unused rooms 30 days prior to arrival.
Meals. The prices indicated are our max estimate. We will try and stay withing the limits. Wherever we are invited there will be no charge for the participants.
