Dive deep and see where technology is made, on-site at the premises of our companies and research institutes: Innovation at source before joining ITMA 2027 in Hannover!
After 20 years, ITMA is returning to Germany — and this is the moment to make the most of it. With the support of the German Market Access Programme, financed by the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and supported by the VDMA Textile Machinery Association, we are offering selected companies the opportunity to get into pole position by taking part in an exclusive three-day business visit programme ahead of ITMA 2027.

The programme will give participating companies the opportunity to visit leading German textile machinery manufacturers at their premises, gaining first-hand insights into where and how the technology is developed and manufactured. At the same time, our world-renowned institutes will showcase their fields of research and their approach to technology transfer.

Visits will be revolving around the following four core product segments:
  • SPINNING & NONWOVENS
  • KNITTING, WEAVING, BRAIDING
  • DYEING & FINISHING
  • TEXTILE RECYCLING

Participants are expected to pay for their overnight accommodation and subsistence during the programme.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Decisionmakers from textile manufacturing companies are encouraged to pre-register, including Mill Owners, CEOs, Managing Directors, Technical Directors, Plant Managers, and executives responsible for Automation & AI, Digital Transformation, Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Sustainability & Circularity, Quality, and Energy Management, as well as other professionals responsible for mill modernization and operational excellence.
