Travel Package – Business Initiation Trip to Azerbaijan “Food and Packaging Machinery”

Dear all,

Thank you for your registration for the business mission to Azerbaijan. As part of service, we would like to offer you an optional travel package. It includes a block of hotel rooms, incl. breakfast, meals during the programme days, individual airport transfers. By choosing the services you consent that we make bookings and payments* in Baku for you (*except for the hotel which needs to be paid by the delegation members individually at the check-in). The services included in the travel package will be invoiced to you after the business mission.

You can choose between the individual services or all services. The participant is free to choose if she/he would like to use the travel package. If the participant chooses not to take advantage of the package, all arrangements and costs will be carried out and covered by her/him immediately during the business mission.
